Jonathan Bryant

Jonathan Bryant is an accomplished attorney with a diverse background in law and editing. Currently serving as an attorney at DLA Piper, Jonathan has previously held roles as an associate attorney at Jackson Walker LLP, where responsibilities included representing Texas-based clients in private equity fund formation, acquisitions, and corporate governance matters. Jonathan's experience also includes freelance writing and copyediting for Mercury Editorial Services, and legal research positions at the Texas Supreme Court, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Oklahoma, and the Office of the Attorney General. Jonathan holds a Doctor of Law from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Abilene Christian University.
