Jonathan Klein is a Partner and Chair of the US Mergers & Acquisitions group at DLA Piper US LLP, where they have worked since 2000. With over 25 years of experience, they represent domestic and international clients in mergers, acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance, and securities matters. Prior to DLA Piper, they were a Partner at Gordon Altman Butowsky Weitzen Shalov & Wein from 1987 to 2000. Jonathan earned a BS in Labor Relations from Cornell University and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.
