Michael Herschdorfer

Michael Herschdorfer is currently a patent litigation of counsel at Synthon BV, a position held since 2025, where they focus on patent litigation. Previously, they spent two decades at Synthon as a patent litigation counsel, managing international patent litigation. Earlier in their career, Michael worked as an advocaat at Stibbe Amsterdam from 1983 to 1999 and as an advocate at Freshfields from 1999 to 2005, mainly handling patent matters. Michael holds a doctoraal in Chemistry and Law from the University of Amsterdam, earned after attending the Vossius Gymnasium Amsterdam.
