Nathan Bush

Nathan Bush is a Partner at DLA Piper, serving as the Head of Investigations for Asia and the Head of Antitrust and Competition for Asia since January 2017. In this role, Nathan advises clients on internal investigations, government enforcement actions, and compliance issues related to competition, international trade, and corruption within the Asian region. Prior to DLA Piper, Nathan was a Partner at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from October 2001 to December 2016, where involvement included the Antitrust & Competition and White Collar Crime & Corporate Investigations practices in Washington, D.C. Nathan holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School, earned between 1997 and 2000, and a Bachelor's degree in Government & Foreign Affairs with a focus in East Asian Studies from the University of Virginia, completed in 1995.
