Rob Russell is the Partner and Head of Restructuring UK at DLA Piper, where they lead the UK Restructuring practice focusing on corporate recovery, restructuring, turnaround, and insolvency. They advise key stakeholders on distressed debt situations, acting for banks and financial institutions on security enhancement and rights enforcement. Rob handles business and asset disposals for insolvency practitioners and provides guidance to directors of financially troubled companies. With extensive experience in advising on acquisitions and restructurings across various high-profile deals, they are also a lead partner in DLA Piper's Retail Sector team. Rob is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, a member of R3, and a member of the Institute for Turnaround.
