Currently, they serve as the Head of Recruitment for DLA Piper across the UK, Ireland, the Middle East, and Africa, focusing on building inclusive recruitment practices. Their career includes positions at notable organizations such as Northern Trust, Joseph Hage Aaronson LLP, and Morgan McKinley, where they developed and implemented strategic recruitment solutions. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Geography from Oxford Brookes University.
