Stephen Varga

Stephen Varga, AICP, is a Senior Land Use Planner at DLA Piper LLP, bringing 20 years of experience in land use and transportation policy. They have worked with various government agencies, including the DC Office of Planning and the District Department of Transportation, where they served as a liaison and managed critical development initiatives. Varga has also contributed as an expert witness in land use matters and has been involved in comprehensive planning efforts and zoning regulation modernization. They earned a Master's Degree in City & Regional Planning from The Ohio State University.
