Stuart Murdoch

Stuart Murdoch is a partner at DLA Piper, specializing in regulatory, ESG, and disputes law with a focus on the financial services sector. Currently, Stuart co-leads the International FS Disputes and International Funds ESG workstreams, providing comprehensive regulatory advice to clients across various financial domains. Previously, Stuart worked at Brodies LLP and Burness Paull LLP, where they held roles as trainee solicitor, solicitor, and partner. Stuart also served as legal counsel for RBS Litigation & Investigations at NatWest Group. They hold a law degree from the University of Glasgow and have further education experience at The University of British Columbia.
