Stuart Murdoch

Stuart Murdoch is a partner at DLA Piper, specializing in regulatory, ESG, and disputes law, particularly within the financial services sector. Currently, Stuart supports clients globally and co-leads the International FS Disputes and International Funds ESG workstreams. With previous experience at Brodies LLP and Burness Paull LLP, Stuart has built a strong reputation, being recognized as one of the premier practitioners in financial services disputes and regulation. Stuart holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Glasgow and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the same institution.
