Tim Lake

Tim Lake is a Corporate Finance Partner and the Head of Birmingham Corporate at DLA Piper, where they also serve as the Global Co-Chair for Manufacturing and the UK Head of Industrials. With extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity, Tim has advised corporate, institutional, and private clients in a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions across Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and the US. They have worked with major global corporations and institutions, contributing to significant deals, including MKS Instruments' $6.5 billion acquisition of Atotech and several key disposals for founder shareholders and management teams. Tim's career at DLA Piper began in various solicitor roles, culminating in their current leadership positions.
