Tim Wright is a Partner in the Corporate team at DLA Piper, specializing in private equity transactions both in the UK and internationally. With over 30 years of experience, they have advised various private equity sponsors, management teams, and corporates on complex, high-value transactions. Before joining DLA Piper in 2014, Tim was a partner at SJ Berwin and Clifford Chance. They served as DLA Piper's European Head of Private Equity from 2015 to 2023 and co-author the firm’s annual Global M&A Intelligence Report, providing valuable insights into market trends. Tim leads the firm's large-cap management mandates practice, which is renowned for advising management teams on landmark transactions.
