Tracy Chu

Tracy Chu is an experienced land use planner currently serving as a Senior Land Use Planner at DLA Piper since June 2017. Prior to this role, Tracy held the position of Development Manager at Jia Yuan USA from August 2014 to June 2017, where significant contributions included spearheading entitlement efforts and managing the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) process for a high-rise mixed-use project in Downtown Los Angeles, which featured up to 650 residential units, 300 hotel keys, and 80,000 square feet of retail space. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Analysis and Design from UC Irvine and a Mandarin-English Court Interpreting Certificate from UCLA Extension.
