William Brown

William Brown is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in operations and technology management across various industries. As the Head of IT Operations at DLA Piper since October 2023, William guides IT strategies to optimize organizational performance. Previously, William served as the Head of Technology Operations at GSS, where a focus on regulatory technology and financial crime compliance transformed operational frameworks. Significant roles also include Head of Platforms at Tokio Marine HCC, Head of IT Service & Operations at NHS Blood and Transplant, and IT Director at WALK Forward Ltd. William holds a BA (Hons) in Business Organisation and a PgD in Information Management Systems, complemented by further education in business studies.
