Michael Stabinski has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Michael started their career as an Industrial Engineer at Sure Fit in 2001 and then moved to OKI Printing Solutions in 2004, where they worked as an Industrial Engineer II. In 2007, they joined DPT Laboratories as a Finance Industrial Engineer and subsequently joined Efficiency Engineers in 2009 as a Senior Industrial Engineer.

In 2010, Michael joined DLB Associates as a Senior Industrial Engineer, working on financial reporting and management for a data center build program. Michael also developed engineering analysis tools and calculators using .NET and worked on data mining and analysis with mechanical engineers. Michael later transitioned to full-time software development and system integration roles at DLB Associates, eventually becoming the Director of Software Engineering. In this role, they managed a team and was responsible for software development, ERP/HRIS systems, business intelligence reporting, and data visualization. Michael also oversaw the management of IaaS in Azure portal and M365 Office customizations.

In 2019, Michael took on the role of Department Manager - Software Engineering (MSI) at DLB Associates, where they continued to oversee software development and system integration projects. Michael has been actively involved in various aspects of software development, including full-stack .NET development, SQL Server, SSRS, C#/VB.NET, and ASP.NET.

Currently, Michael is actively seeking to expand their team at DLB Associates by hiring a new software engineer and exploring opportunities to develop software leveraging platforms like Azure Cognitive Services and Azure Machine Learning.

Michael Stabinski has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University, which they earned between 1997 and 2001. In 2004, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. The same year, they also received a Certificate in Packaging Science & Engineering from Rutgers University. In 2007, they completed their Master's degree in Engineering Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Michael furthered their education in 2009 with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate from Villanova University. In 2010, they obtained a Certificate in .NET Programming from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
