At DLD Support Services, I provide counselling to help you navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re reflecting on the past, managing the present, or planning for the future, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I take the time to understand your unique journey and tailor our sessions to suit your needs, whether we’re working through emotional challenges or setting personal goals. With an pluralistic, person-centred approach that draws from humanistic, psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) methods, I’ll work with you to create positive change in your life.

With years of experience in both the corporate world and personal development, I bring a unique perspective to my work, helping clients gain clarity and move forward with confidence.

In addition to individual services, I also support businesses with the well-being of their staff. If you’re interested in corporate well-being packages, please don’t hesitate to contact me for more information.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your journey, get in touch for a free session to see if I'm what your looking for.
