Hemant Sachdeva is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors. From 1980 to 2004, Hemant served as a Wing Commander in the Indian Air Force, where leadership skills were developed while overseeing important operational units and contributing to flight safety initiatives. Following military service, Hemant joined Pawan Hans Helicopters Ltd. as a Captain from 2005 to 2008, accumulating 1200 flight hours on Dauphin Helicopters, primarily in offshore support for the oil and gas industry, including missions in the Lakshadweep and Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Since August 2008, Hemant has been working with DLF Ltd. as a Helicopter Pilot, flying the AW139 in VIP and corporate roles, successfully transporting numerous dignitaries. Hemant completed an Intermediate degree at Modi Science & Commerce College from 1973 to 1979.
