Mads Hee Raun

Mads Hee Raun is the Group VP of Reporting & Compliance at DLF, a position held since 2024. Previously, Mads served as the Director and Head of Global Governance, Risk & Compliance at Pandora from 2017 to 2020, and held various roles at the Maersk Group between 2015 and 2017. Mads began their career as a State Authorized Public Accountant at Ernst & Young, where they worked from 1998 to 2014. With extensive experience in accounting, audits, compliance, and governance, Mads has developed robust frameworks for control and compliance in large and mid-sized companies across the globe.
