Soren Ustrup

Soren Ustrup is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate strategy, business development, and management within the agricultural and food industries. Since May 2016, Soren has served as VP Strategy & Business Development at DLF, overseeing corporate strategy and M&A. Previous roles include Executive Vice President and Business Unit Director at DLF Seeds, where Soren was responsible for operations in South America and served on the Executive Board. Soren briefly held the position of Interim CEO at DLF Beet Seed in early 2024, facilitating a joint venture. Prior to DLF, Soren held various management roles at Arla Foods, including General Manager in Mexico and Commercial Manager in Argentina, with a focus on commercial activities throughout South America and the Middle East. Soren holds an MBA in International Business from Aarhus University and has pursued additional education at UCAB and Universitat de Barcelona.
