Tine Thach

Tine Thach is currently the Head of Plant Pathology at DLF and serves as an Assistant Professor at Aarhus Universitet in the Dept. of Agroecology, where they focus on research and teaching in plant pathology, particularly concerning cereals and sugar beet. Tine has previously held roles such as Research Assistant and PhD student at Aarhus Universitet, contributing significantly to the Global Rust Reference Center's projects on yellow rust. Additionally, Tine gained experience as a trainee at both the Victorian Department of Primary Industries and the Nordic Beet Research Foundation, while completing a Master’s degree in Agronomy at the University of Copenhagen. Tine earned a PhD in Plant Pathology/Phytopathology from Aarhus Universitet, further solidifying their expertise in this field.
