Tom Karlebo has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Group CFO at DLF since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked as CFO at ISS Facility Services A/S from February 2020 to August 2023. Tom also served as a Board Member at TravelpoolEurope from May 2019 to February 2020. From 2012 to 2017, they held multiple roles at Coloplast, including Vice President of Commercial Finance and Director of Corporate Development & Strategy. Before that, they worked at TMF Group as Head of Due Diligence & Strategic Projects and at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services in various managerial and senior roles.
Tom Karlebo earned their MSc in Business Economics and Auditing from Copenhagen Business School from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained their HD (R) degree, a Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Financial and Management Accounting, from Copenhagen Business School from 1999 to 2003.
