Torben Kragh

Torben Kragh is currently a Senior Reward Partner at DLG, following extensive experience in global compensation and reward strategies. They previously served as Director of Compensation Benefits at Norlys and were a Reward Manager at Arla Foods. Prior to these roles, Torben was a Specialist in Global Compensation & Reward at Vestas, where they managed significant budgets and developed stock option programs. They also have a background in project management and event officiating, having refereed for Jydsk Håndbold Forbund from 1999 to 2020. Torben holds a Cand.merc in Organisation & Strategy from Aalborg Universitet.
