Caroline Mburu

Caroline Mburu is an experienced project management professional currently serving as the Head of Project Delivery at d.light since June 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing the execution of multiple projects across teams and countries while developing and implementing efficient project management processes. Previously, Caroline held the position of Atlas Operations Manager, enhancing company operations through aligning procedures and IT policies, and nurturing key stakeholder relationships. As a former Scrum Master, contributions included training teams on Agile/Scrum practices and coaching for improved maturity. Additionally, Caroline worked as a Platform Operations Officer, streamlining communication processes and building capabilities among partners. Prior experience includes roles as a NOC Shift Engineer at Equity Bank Limited and a NOC operator at Wananchi Group. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Nuclear Science and a Bachelor of Science in Physics (Electronics), both from the University of Nairobi.
