Dishon Eseka

Dishon Eseka is currently the Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations in Tanzania at d.light since February 2024. Previously, Dishon served as IT Manager at ENGIE Energy Access from July 2014 to February 2024, where responsibilities included maintaining on-site and remote systems, providing Tier I and II support, and coordinating the IT department's budget for effective ICT support. Prior experience includes roles at Mobisol UK as Network and PABX Specialist, IT Systems Administrator (PBX Team Lead), and IT Administrator, where Dishon was involved in managing call center systems and leading teams. Dishon holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology Management from the Institute of Accountancy of Arusha, a Bachelor of Business Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University, and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from the Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology.
