Hellen N.

Hellen N. is an experienced professional in retention management and service delivery, currently serving as the Retention Manager at d.light since October 2018. Previously, Hellen held the position of Service Delivery Manager at Masaba Services Limited from August 2016 to September 2018, and worked as an Actuarial Consultant at EY from January 2015 to June 2016, specializing in risk assessment and compliance evaluations. Hellen holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Management, Consulting from the University of Nairobi (2017-2019), and has completed studies in risk management at the Institute of Risk Management in South Africa (2016-2018). Additionally, Hellen earned a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from Multimedia University of Kenya (2011-2014) and completed K.C.S.E at Lugulu Girls' High School (2006-2009).
