Paul Hongo

Paul Hongo is a seasoned professional in credit management and debt collection with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as Senior Field Retention Manager at d.light since March 2019, Paul oversees debt collection, customer retention, and manages field teams across the country. Prior to this role, Paul was a Credit Manager at Mantrac Kenya Ltd, where responsibilities included managing credit control, overseeing appraisals, and ensuring overdue debts were collected. Experience as a consultant for Capwell Communications involved restructuring credit and risk departments and training staff. Additionally, Paul served as Head of Credit at Airtel Kenya, Credit Manager at G4S Security Services, and Senior Credit Controller at Safaricom Limited. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from South Gujarat University.
