Vivek Gupta started their career in Quality Assurance in 2004, holding various managerial positions in companies such as Kenstar, LG Electronics, Kent RO Systems, and Orient Electric. Currently, Vivek is the Director in d.light, overseeing Global Customer Quality, Customer Experience, Value Added Services, and Manufacturing Operations. With a strong background in Operations Management and Mechanical Engineering, Vivek Gupta has extensive experience in spearheading product quality improvements and customer quality in various markets and product categories.
