Michael Murphy has worked in a variety of roles since 2002. Michael began their career at Nextel Communications as a Manager, where they achieved and often exceeded monthly goals, trained and developed staff, and was responsible for incoming and outgoing inventory. Michael then moved to Sussman Acura as a Manager in 2006, where they managed and reported monthly service levels, developed and coordinated staff schedules, interviewed and hired new personnel, and assisted the General Manager with inventory. In 2008, they moved to AT&T as an AT&T, and in 2013, they became a Call Center Supervisor at Philidor Rx Services. In 2016, they moved to Ashfield, part of UDG Healthcare plc, where they provided day-to-day supervision of medical information specialists/customer service representatives, assigned individuals to work schedules, and created and implemented initiatives to encourage teamwork and increase employee engagement. In 2019, they became a Client Services Manager at BAYADA Home Health Care, and in 2021, they took on the role of Operations Coordinator at dlivrd.

Michael Murphy attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2010 to 2011, where they studied General Studies.
