Andre Guy Carvalho currently holds the position of Global Total Rewards & People Analytics Manager at dLocal since October 2025. Previously, Andre served as a Compensation Executive at Comp from November 2024 to October 2025, where expertise in aligning Total Rewards strategies with client business needs was utilized. Prior experience includes roles at XP Inc. as Head of Total Rewards and in Talent Management, and consulting at Falconi. Andre began a career in the field with an internship at Subsea 7, contributing to procedures in the installation sector, and has also gained experience in the food and beverage sector at Windham Mountain. Andre holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and a finance certification from COPPEAD UFRJ.
