Ignacio Sánchez

Ignacio Sánchez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the IT and payments industries. Currently serving as the Global Operations Initiatives Manager at dLocal since March 2020, Ignacio transitioned from IT to gain deeper insights into payment systems, leading operations projects for the company. Previously, Ignacio held various roles at Plan Ceibal from October 2012 to March 2020, including Jefe de Ingeniería and Coordinador de Ingeniería de Red, contributing to network improvements and project management in telecommunications. Earlier career experiences include technical support at KERNEL Consultores and sales at Mabital Telecomunicaciones. Ignacio holds an MBA from IEEM - Escuela de Negocios and a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Católica del Uruguay.
