Julieta Piñeyrúa

Julieta Piñeyrúa has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Julieta currently serves as the Head of Treasury Markets at dLocal since August 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Global Operations Initiatives Leader at dLocal from June 2022 to August 2023.

Before joining dLocal, Julieta worked at Santander Uruguay as the Gerente Administración y Costos from March 2019 to June 2022.

Their earlier experience includes various roles at Banco Santander, starting as a Financial Trader from March 2009 to September 2013. Julieta then transitioned to become the Responsable Mesa de Trading from September 2013 to March 2015. After that, they served as the Gerente Gestión Financiera from April 2015 to February 2019. Julieta also had a brief stint in human resources as a Recursos humanos from February 2007 to February 2009.

Julieta Piñeyrúa completed a Magister degree in Financial Management at Universidad ORT Uruguay from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad de Montevideo, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Julieta completed the PDD (Programa de Desarrollo Directivo) at IEEM - Escuela de Negocios, although the exact dates are not provided.
