Manfred Banks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory and compliance management, currently serving as the Global Regulatory Manager at dLocal since October 2021. In this role, Manfred provides supervision and leadership for various initiatives across Latin America, EMEA, and APAC. Prior to this position, Manfred held the role of Expansion Manager for EMEA and APAC at Arias Law, and has a solid foundation in legal support as an Associate at COLBS Estudio Legal and as a Paralegal at INVICTA LEGAL and another law firm. Manfred Banks earned a degree from Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho between 2015 and 2019.
