Senior Customer Operations Manager

Nic Janos is an experienced Customer Success Manager currently at dLocal since April 2023, responsible for managing relationships with merchants, local acquiring banks, and payment gateways, as well as onboarding new merchants. Prior to dLocal, Nic held the same position at HANGAR49, focusing on outreach optimization and sales growth. Nic's experience also includes serving as a Project Manager at East Cape Manufacturing, where responsibilities included delivery scheduling, customer success oversight, and inventory management. Earlier in Nic's career, an insurance specialist role was undertaken at Two Three Bird, a technology-driven business providing insurance solutions. Nic holds a BCom Honours in Economics and a BCom in Economics and Strategy from Stellenbosch University, as well as a matric certificate from St John's College.
