Paul Dooling

Paul Dooling is an experienced IT professional specializing in incident management and technical support, currently serving as the Incident Management Leader at dLocal since September 2023. Previously, Paul held various leadership roles at BMC Software from January 2004 to May 2023, including ITSM SAAS Director, where responsibilities encompassed managing major incident and problem management teams, and implementing a comprehensive incident resolution process. Prior experience includes managing customer engineering teams across Europe and India, handling critical software escalations, as well as roles in other organizations such as Remedy Software Systems and NTL, where Paul contributed significantly to incident management, technical support, and system administration, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to improving IT service delivery.
