Rafael T.

Rafael T. is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in offensive security and team leadership. Currently serving as the Offensive Security Team Leader at dLocal since October 2022, Rafael is also the Co-Founder and Team Captain of RTFM (Red Team Freaki'n Maniacs) and a teacher at FIAP, where subjects taught include Code Review and Cloud Fundamentals. Previously, Rafael held significant roles such as Lead Security Engineer at Nubank, where responsibilities included planning red team engagements, and Red Teamer at Banco Itaú, executing penetration tests across multiple countries. Additional experience encompasses technical lead roles at Deloitte and consulting positions at Modulo Security Solutions and Atos, among others. Rafael holds a diploma in Computer and Information Systems Security from FATEC São Caetano do Sul and a postgraduate degree in the same field from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul.
