Stephanie Pose

Stephanie Pose has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Stephanie began their career as a Pasante de Ingeniería at Montelecnor S.A. in 2010. Stephanie then served as a Miembro de la Comisión de Antenas and Estudiante Avanzado de Ingeniería en S.I.M.E at Intendencia de Montevideo from 2010 to 2011. Stephanie worked as an RF Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent from 2011 to 2014. Stephanie then joined Logicalis Latam as a Pre-sales Engineer in 2014 and later became a Consultant Engineer from 2016 to 2018. Stephanie's next position was at dLocal, where they held various roles including Lead Project Manager from 2018 to 2019, VP of Technology Operations from 2019 to 2020, and Product Manager from 2020 to 2021. Stephanie is currently the Head of Product - Payins at dLocal, starting in August 2021.

Stephanie Pose earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Administration and Business Management from Universidad ORT Uruguay in 2017. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Universidad de la República, receiving an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering in 2011.
