Eric Phillips

Eric Phillips, AIA, NCARB, is an accomplished architect and urbanist with over 25 years of design practice leadership, currently serving as the International Director at DLR Group. They oversee business operations and international projects while guiding the firm's global practice strategies. Previously, Eric held key positions at notable firms such as NBBJ and JRA Architects, where they focused on corporate headquarters, mixed-use developments, and large-scale urban design. In addition to their professional work, Eric actively participates in organizations like the American Institute of Architects and has served as a visiting professor at Tongji University. They are dedicated to mentoring emerging design leaders and frequently speak at prominent design events.
