Jamison Escobar

Jamison Escobar is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practitioner with experience in the sports industry and the military. They served as a Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Coach and Manager in the U.S. Coast Guard, where they facilitated training and supported systemic change. Jamison played a crucial role in developing the first DEI training curriculum at the Coast Guard Academy, presenting their work at a national conference. Currently, they are the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lead for the Los Angeles Lakers and work as an Equity Manager with DLR Group. Jamison is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Marine and Environmental Science from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and a Master of Science in Leadership and Administration from Boston College.
