Tonya Merrigan

Tonya Merrigan is an experienced educational leader currently serving as an Educational Learning Designer at DLR Group since August 2025. Previously, Tonya held leadership roles, including Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent, at Blue Valley School District from August 2015 to August 2025. Tonya holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership and Administration from Saint Louis University, along with a BA and MA in Mathematics and Counseling from the University of South Dakota School of Education.
