Traci Waters

Traci Waters, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Total Rewards Leader at DLR Group since February 2005, where responsibilities include developing a comprehensive total rewards strategy aimed at attracting, motivating, and rewarding employees throughout their tenure. Previously, Traci held the position of Human Resources Manager at DLR Group, overseeing the implementation of HR policies during significant organizational growth. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at OFI, where Traci managed hiring, training, and performance evaluations while developing corporate policies and improving employee engagement. Additionally, Traci worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Williams Machine & Tool. Traci is an alumnus of Metropolitan Community College.
