Christopher Glaser is a PhD student at ONERA - The French Aerospace Lab, focusing on the design of an upper stage hybrid rocket engine for orbital deployment of diverse payloads. In association with the ASCenSIon Project under the Marie-Skłodowska-Curie Training Network, Christopher also gained experience as a visiting researcher at OHB SE, where system analysis of hybrid engine design was conducted using Ecosim, and at Université libre de Bruxelles, where an experimental campaign for a hybrid rocket engine was undertaken. Previous roles include a master's thesis at JAXA on lunar landing performance, internships at OHB SE and Airbus Defence and Space, and research assistant positions at RWTH Aachen University, culminating in advanced degrees in Energetics (PhD) from ISAE-SUPAERO and Aerospace Engineering (M.Sc.) from RWTH Aachen University, along with a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Engineering: Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
