Dr. Daniel Stefaniak

Dr. Daniel Stefaniak is the Head of Department at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) and a Visiting Researcher and Lecturer at TU Delft. With extensive experience in composites, they have held positions as a Research Assistant and later as a Research Scientist and Team Leader at DLR, focusing on mechanical testing, manufacturing, and damage tolerance of composite materials. Dr. Stefaniak has also contributed to academia as a part-time lecturer in Composite Technology and Materials at PFH Private Hochschule Göttingen. They hold a Dr.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Braunschweig and are currently pursuing further education at the University of Hanover.
