Hans Peter Monner

Hans Peter Monner is the Department Head of Adaptronics at the German Aerospace Center and holds a Professorship and Chair of Adaptronics at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg, where they have been since 2015. They have a PhD in Adaptronik from Technische Universität Braunschweig, completed in 2000, and a Diplom Ingenieur in Aerospace Engineering from the same institution, obtained in 1995. Prior to their current role, they served as a doctoral student and scientist at the German Aerospace Center from 1995 to 1999, and held positions including Deputy Department Head and Provisional Director of the Institute of Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul.
