Jochen Wennemann studied at the University of Würzburg and the Technical University of Lulea, specializing in Computer Science for Aerospace Technologies. They served as a student employee and research assistant at the German Aerospace Center (DLR), where they developed a test framework for the "Rodos" operating system and a horizon sensor for sounding rockets. Jochen held a position as a software engineer at HORACE, contributing to image processing algorithms for horizon acquisition. Currently, Jochen is the Head of Instrumentation and Control Engineering at the Mobile Rocket Base at DLR.
