Peter Kutne is currently the head of the gas turbines department at the Deutsches Zentrum für Luft-und Raumfahrt e.V., a position held since 2017. Prior to this role, Peter worked at the same institution as a scientific staff member from 2004 to 2017. Peter earned a Dr. rer. nat. in Physical Chemistry from Georg-August-Universität Göttingen, graduating in 2003, after completing a Diplom in the same field in 2000. Earlier in their career, Peter served as a scientific staff member at the Max-Planck-Institut für biophysikalische Chemie from 2000 to 2004.
