Robert Jaron is the Head of the Engine Acoustics Department at Deutsches Zentrum für Luft-und Raumfahrt e.V. Prior to that, Robert was a Research Assistant at DLR, where they focused on optimizing aircraft-engine components using machine learning methods and collaborated with major companies like Rolls-Royce and Airbus. Robert holds a Dr.-Ing. degree in the acoustical design of aero-engine fans from Technische Universität Berlin, where they graduated summa cum laude, and a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Aerospace Engineering, passed with distinction.
