Rüdiger Süß

Rüdiger Süß is a deep tech investor and venture capital expert, currently serving as a shareholder at capacura and DueDash, and co-leading the DLR Startup Factory. With extensive experience at the Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt e.V., Rüdiger held various roles including Senior Strategist and Senior Project Manager, focusing on innovation systems and corporate strategy. Rüdiger also contributed as a guest lecturer at Columbia University and has been involved in entrepreneurship education through the Future Innovators program and as a mentor with the Founder Institute. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Strategic Management at HEC Paris, Rüdiger’s background includes internships at ArianeGroup and Embraer, along with consultancy roles at Accenture and CSC.
