Thoralf Noack

Thoralf Noack is the Maritimer Koordinator at Deutsches Zentrum für Luft-und Raumfahrt e.V., where they have held various roles since 2013, including Leiter of the DLR Forschungsstelle Maritime Sicherheit Neustrelitz and Abteilungsleiter for Nautical Systems. Prior to this, Thoralf worked as a scientific employee in multiple departments focused on navigation and GNSS systems. They began their career at ECOPLAN Akustik GmbH and PLANIVER GmbH as a project engineer and consultant for sound emissions protection and traffic facilities. Thoralf holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Technische Universität Dresden, obtained in 1993.
