David Hoeh

David Hoeh, P.E. is a seasoned transportation professional with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Currently serving as the Transportation Division Manager and Highways and Planning Department Manager at DLZ Corporation since March 2020, David also provides expertise as a Traffic Signal Consultant for MCrash Group, LLC since May 2014. David's prior experience includes serving as an Operations Engineer with the Michigan Department of Transportation from March 2016 to March 2020, as well as a Soils and Pavement Design Engineer from December 2011 to March 2016. Earlier positions at the Michigan Department of Transportation included Traffic Signals Engineer and Highway Design Engineer from January 2000 to December 2011. David received a Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan, completing the program between 1995 and 1999.
