Hao Wu

Hao Wu is a Civil Engineer II at DLZ Corporation, specializing in water resource engineering since August 2022. In this role, Hao Wu provides engineering and environmental services to various clients, including government agencies and construction companies across Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and Pennsylvania. Prior to this position, Hao Wu served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Iowa from August 2017 to July 2022, focusing on eco-hydraulics, river mechanics, and wind engineering. Additionally, Hao Wu worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU) in 2015, assisting in a course on sea loads for maritime structures. Hao Wu holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa, an MSc in Marine Technology from NTNU, and a B.Eng. in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering from Harbin Engineering University.
