Earlier in Randy's career, experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator at W&L Construction, Inc. from 1981 to 1990 provided foundational skills in underground water and sewer line construction. Randy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from The Ohio State University.
