Scott Carter

Scott Carter is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in providing remote and on-site support for users, workstations, servers, and network infrastructure. Currently serving as IT Coordinator and IT Administrator at DLZ Corporation since July 2010, Scott is responsible for the administration and maintenance of MS Exchange, MS SCCM infrastructures, as well as MDM and anti-spam solutions across multiple regions. Prior to this role, Scott worked as an IT Consultant at The Pinnacle Group of Indiana from September 2003 to July 2010, where responsibilities included the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers and network equipment for various businesses. Scott holds an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems from Southwestern Michigan College and has earned several certifications, including Microsoft Certified IT Professional and Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician.
